Derby Dentist to offer specialist dentistry services in the Midlands
Cosmetic Dentist Aneu Sood and his team at the Derby dental clinic Oakwood Dental Centre and Cosmetic White Smiles are pleased to be able to offer specialist dentistry services to their clients and patients in Derby, Nottingham, Leicester,Stafford and the East Midlands as a new team member, Consultant Dental Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Richard Milner joins the dental practice.
Richard Milner is a Hospital Consultant and Registered Specialist Dentist in Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry. He is also a Clinical Teaching Fellow at The University of Manchester, teaching on postgraduate courses in Periodontics and Endodontics.
A Prosthodontist is a dental specialist trained and qualified in the diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing maintenance of missing teeth and oral function as well as treating deformities of the face.Some of the more widely undertaken dental treatments in the speciality of prosthodontics include functional and aesthetic restoration and replacement of teeth as well as the restoration of dental implants and the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder(TMJ syndrome)
Periodontics is the dental speciality involving treatment and surgery of gums which may often be the result of gum disease.
